To become a member of the KTA/KTOB, please click here to print out the membership application form.  Please fill out the form and mail it in along with the annual membership dues.  If you would prefer to pay your dues by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), please call our office at 859-381-1414.

Associate Member (non-voting): Annual Membership - $200.00
